Even though Blogging is not in the mainstream, I could not digest if somebody says that they do not know about blogging, inspite of the fact that they are in programming. Shame on them but as you know we programmers - read geeks live in our own small worlds. Anyway, this happened to me and I had to highlight them with the details of the blogs etc.,

Talking about blogs, there were two that I came across which I cannot miss to mention here. Joel and Paul Graham. These are the gurus of modernday internetism. Follow their blogs and Paul's especially is really good, he has so many essays and am reading one after another. He is also talking about the startups and was really excited about this. Off late, I was not concentraing on the technology side but was thinking about everything else. Now, after looking at Paul's essays, my intellectual juices are oozing to create something good for the internet users and I am thinking more and more to make the life easier for the users on the web. Sometimes I wonder I would be able to create an universal language that has the features of all languages combined together and unify the development process but this will lead to the unemployment of my fellow programmers who have diverse skills from Lisp to Java to Cobol.

Yest to complete the Digital Fortress and so far it went as I could predict the next steps but let me know if there are any surprises at the end.

Trying to learn the PHP and it is taking forever, eventhough it is not that tought but I need to really make some projects which will give me the confidence to go further.

Forex is status quo, not much progress except that I have a book to read through.
What else? Workload increased and trying keep my head above water.
